2. DECLARATION OF LATE ITEMS

Pursuant to Section 46A(7) of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987, the Chairman is to call for late items to be accepted. 5.2 DRAINAGE MANAGER’S REPORT (01.011.028) 17-19

The Drainage Manager has reported on drainage matters for the Committee’s consideration. The monthly report is attached.

RECOMMENDATION

THAT the report be received.

AND THAT the works to intercept storm water runoff at Mangatoetoe Street, and divert to the Council line proceed, at an estimated cost of $3,640.00.

Minutes of the Eastern Plains Drainage District Committee held on Tuesday 24 February 2004 are attached.

RECOMMENDATION

THAT the minutes of the meeting of the Eastern Plains Drainage District Committee held on Tuesday 24 February 2004 be received and the recommendations contained therein adopted.
