Attached is a report from the Community Services Manager regarding a request for commercial use of the Karangahake Reserve.
RECOMMENDATION
THAT the report be received
AND THAT Council gives consideration as to whether or not it will support two applications for use of the Karangahake Reserve for tourist ventures taking into account that any decision may be referred to a subsequent meeting in order to provide sufficient time for members to evaluate the issue.

Attached is a report from the Supervisor, Environmental Services regarding the Hearing of Submissions to the Draft Earthquake Prone and Dangerous and Insanitary Building Policy. The hearing of submissions to the policy will commence at 11.30am.
RECOMMENDATION
THAT the submissions to the Draft Earthquake Prone and Dangerous and Insanitary Buildings Policy be received
AND THAT the changes as agreed be made to the Draft Earthquake Prone and Dangerous and Insanitary Buildings Policy and be presented to Council for final consideration
