RECOMMENDATION
THAT the report be received

THAT Council approve the discussion document for inclusion in the Hauraki Community Plan 2006-16 as a Draft Youth Policy for consultation in conjunction with the Hauraki Community Plan 2006-16.

40-446.1 HAURAKI RAIL TRIAL INC – REQUEST FOR SUPPORT
Attached for the members information is a request from Hauraki Rail Trail Inc. for Council support of its proposed Rail Trail. Also attached is the latest update on the Rail Trail for the member’s information.

A Council Workshop will be held following the Council meeting for the discussion and consideration of the 2006-2016 Hauraki Community Plan.
