Attached is a report from the Community Services Manager regarding the proposed boundary adjustments for the electorates of General and Maori.

RECOMMENDATION

THAT the report be received

AND THAT the adjustments to the 2007 Electoral Boundaries be considered.

Attached is a report from the Planning and Environmental Services Manager regarding the submissions on the Draft Annual Plan 2007/08. Attached separately is a booklet outlining the submission process and all submissions received on the Draft Annual Plan.

RECOMMENDATION

THAT the report on submissions to the Draft Annual Plan 2007/08 (Statement of Proposal) and Statements of Proposal incorporated be received

AND THAT the submissions to the Draft Annual Plan 2007/08 (Statement of Proposal) and incorporated documents be received; and

AND THAT the changes as agreed be made to the Draft Annual Plan 2007/08 and incorporated documents for final consideration at the Council meeting on 14^th June 2007.
