NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN EXTRAORDINARY MEETING OF THE HAURAKI DISTRICT COUNCIL WILL BE HELD IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS, WILLIAM STREET, PAEROA ON WEDNESDAY 7 MAY 2008 COMMENCING AT 9.00 AM

Morning tea will be available at 10.15 am.

SUBMISSIONS ON DRAFT ANNUAL PLAN 2008/09 AND INCORPORATED DOCUMENTS (404582) (20KB)  1-2

Attached is a report from the Manager, Planning and Environmental Services regarding the submissions received to the Draft Annual Plan 2008/09. Attached separately is a copy of the Summary of Submissions received (by Topic) for consideration. You will also be hand delivered the full version of the Summary of Submissions (approx. 300 pages) which includes a copy of each submitter’s submission.

Please ensure you bring to the meeting the full version of the Summary of Submissions for the Draft Annual Plan to the Hearing on 7th May 2008.

RECOMMENDATION

THAT the report on submissions to the Draft Annual Plan 2008/09 (Statement of Proposal) and incorporated Statements of Proposal be received

AND THAT the submissions to the Draft Annual Plan 2008/09 (Statement of Proposal) and incorporated Statements of Proposal be received

AND THAT the changes as agreed be made to the Draft Annual Plan 2007/08 and incorporated documents for　final consideration at the Council meeting on 11 June, 2008.
