RECOMMENDATION

THAT the minutes of the meeting of the Eastern Plains Drainage District Committee held on Wednesday 25 October 2006 be taken as read and confirmed.

The monthly report from the Drainage Manager is attached for the Committee’s consideration.

RECOMMENDATION

THAT the report be received.

Turua Hall Committee - Piping of Open Drain

The Committee is requested to consider the piping of the 150m open drain between Matai Street and Mill Creek in Turua.

RECOMMENDATION

THAT the works involved in piping 150m of open drain between Matai Street and Mill Creek in Turua, with 450mm diameter RCRRJ pipe, at an estimated cost of $40,600, be approved.
