The monthly report from the Drainage Manager is attached for the Committee’s consideration.

THAT the report be received

    2. The financial report for the 7 months ended 31 January 2005 is attached for members’ information.

RECOMMENDATION

THAT the financial report on the operations of the Eastern Plains Drainage Committee for the 7 months ended 31 January 2005 be received.
