CONFIRMATION OF MINUTES

RESOLVED

THAT the minutes of the meeting of the Komata North Drainage District Committee held on Monday 21 February 2005 be taken as read and confirmed.

DRAINAGE REPORT

The report from the Drainage Manager was presented for the Committee’s consideration

RESOLVED

THAT the report be received

AND THAT the Drainage Committees Amalgamation report be received

AND THAT Komata North Drainage District Committee supports the proposal to amalgamate the Komata North, Opukeko, and Tirohia Rotokohu Drainage Districts into one drainage district in the Paeroa Ward.

The financial report on the operations of the Komata North Drainage District Committee for the 12 months ended 30 June 2005 was presented for the members’ information.

THAT the financial report on the operations of the Komata North Drainage District Committee for the 12 months ended 30 June 2005 be received.
