RECOMMENDATION
THAT the minutes of the special meeting of the Opukeko Drainage District Committee held on 13 March 2000 be taken as read and confirmed.

THAT the report be received.

The financial reports for the 12 months ended 30 June 2000 and for the 6 months to 31 December 2000 are attached for members’ information.
RECOMMENDATION
THAT the financial report on the operations of the Opukeko Drainage District Committee for the 12 months ended 30 June 2000 and for the 6 months to 31 December 2000 be received.
