THAT the minutes of the meeting of the Opukeko Drainage District Committee held on Monday 21 February 2005 be taken as read and confirmed.

AND THAT the Drainage District Amalgamation report be received
AND THAT The Opukeko Drainage District Committee supports the proposal to amalgamate the Komata North, Opukeko, and Tirohia Rotokohu Drainage Districts into one drainage district in the Paeroa Ward.
