RECOMMENDATION

THAT the minutes of the meeting of the Opukeko Drainage District held on Wednesday 28 September 2005 be taken as read and confirmed.

RECOMMENDATION

THAT the minutes of the meeting of the Tirohia Rotokohu Drainage District held on Wednesday 28 September 2005 be taken as read and confirmed.

THAT the report be received

AND THAT the Paeroa Rural Drainage District Committee recommends to Council that it be re-constituted as follows:

Komata North subdivision Two members

Opukeko subdivision One member

Tirohia Rotokohu subdivision Two members

Council Appointee One

TOTAL Six members
