RECOMMENDATION

THAT the minutes of the meeting of the Paeroa Rural Drainage District held on Tuesday 26 September 2006 be taken as read and confirmed.

The report from the Drainage Manager is attached for the Committee’s consideration.

RECOMMENDATION

THAT the report be received.

Committee Membership

A nomination has been received from Gavin Vowles for the vacancy for the second representative from the Komata North area of the Committee.

RECOMMENDATION

THAT The Paeroa Rural Drainage District Committee accepts the nomination of Mr Gavin Vowles to fill the last vacancy for the Komata North drainage area on the Committee

AND THAT Council be advised of this nomination.

The financial report for the Paeroa Rural Drainage District Committee for the 5 months ended 30 November 2006 is attached for members’ information.

RECOMMENDATION

THAT the financial report on the operations of the Paeroa Rural Drainage District Committee for the 5 months ended 30 November 2006 be received.
