THAT the apology of Mr J Hill, Mr K Rasmussen and Mr B Potter be received and sustained.

CONSIDERATION OF 2000/2001 ESTIMATES
Attached for the Committee’s consideration were the 2000/2001 estimates.
A revised set of estimates was tabled at the meeting.
The Drainage Manager took the Committee through the estimates. He explained that the Council was having a meeting on the 22 March 2000 to consider the estimates so the Committee needed to revise their estimates before this date.
Mr Peddie (Management Accountant) attended the meeting to clarify DiSP and the interest incurred.
RESOLVED
THAT the 2000/2001 estimates for the Tirohia-Rotokohu Drainage District as amended be approved
AND THAT there be a 5 percent rate increase.
