RECOMMENDATION
THAT the minutes of the meeting of the Western Plains Drainage District Committee held on Wednesday 24 July 2002 be taken as read and confirmed.

The monthly report from the Drainage Manager is attached for the Committee’s consideration.
RECOMMENDATION
THAT the report be received
AND THAT the ‘P’ rate be deferred until the new rating act is in place, and the 2002-03 rate be included with the 2003-04 rate
AND THAT provision for ramps and outlets for mobile pumps at Ngatea Town Pump be investigated and costs be advised to the Committee
AND THAT the provision of standby generator connections to the urban pumps be investigated in conjunction with Environment Waikato.
