RECOMMENDATION

THAT the minutes of the meeting of the Western Plains Drainage District Committee held on Wednesday 24 August 2005 be taken as read and confirmed.

The monthly report from the Drainage Manager is attached for the Committee’s consideration.

RECOMMENDATION

THAT the report be received.

Paul Drive Open Drain

RECOMMENDATION

THAT The length of open drain within and along the rear boundary of No 2 Paul Drive, be piped with 600mm diameter pipe, plus two manholes, at an estimated cost of $16,000. The owner has agreed to pay the local share.

Miller Place Open Drain

RECOMMENDATION

THAT the length of open drain north of Miller Place, parallel to Haywards Road, be piped with 525mm diameter pipe, at an estimated cost of $10,000.
