The Community Services monthly report on activities is attached for the Committee’s consideration.

RECOMMENDATION

THAT the Community Services report be received

AND THAT the naming of the development be considered, and the Te Aroha correspondent be thanked for their interest and that they be advised of the plans in store for the pump shed

AND THAT the matter of installing a security lighting system into the Domain be considered.

Attached is a report from the Planning & Environmental Services Manager regarding the 2002 Community Survey.

RECOMMENDATION

THAT the report be received.

8.2 PAEROA VOLUNTEER DRIVERS (20.030.001) 47-48

Attached are two letters regarding the Paeroa Volunteer Drivers who are an organisation of men and women who drive people for health orientated specialist appointments at Thames or Waikato hospitals and private clinics, when these people have no other means of transport.
