5.1 COMMUNITY FACILITIES MANAGERS MONTHLY REPORT (01.002.021) 6-7(20KB)

The Community Facilities Managers monthly report on activities is attached for the Committee’s consideration.

RECOMMENDATION

THAT the Community Facilities Managers report be received

AND THAT consideration be given to the provision of a sealed vehicle accessway and turnaround from Station Road, Paeroa allowing ambulance access onto Centennial Park, to be included in the Draft 2006/07 LTCCP.

The financial report for the 11 months ended 30 June 2004 is attached for the Committee’s consideration.

RECOMMENDATION

THAT the financial report on the operations of the Paeroa Ward Committee for the 11 months ended 30 June 2004 be received.

The Roading Manager’s monthly report to the Works Committee is attached.

RECOMMENDATION

THAT the report be received.

7.2 UTILITIES MANAGER’S MONTHLY WATER SUPPLY REPORT (01.001.028) 29-33 (99KB)

The Utilities Manager’s monthly report to the Works Committee is attached.

RECOMMENDATION

THAT the report be received.

7.3 UTILITIES MANAGER’S MONTHLY WASTEWATER AND REFUSE REPORT 34-38 (177KB)

The Utilities Manager’s monthly report to the Works committee is attached.

7.4 DRAINAGE: MONTHLY REPORT (01.001.020) 39-40 (17KB)

The Drainage Manager’s monthly report to the Works Committee is attached.

RECOMMENDATION

THAT the report be received

AND THAT A 9m section of pipe with improved inlet be constructed to the manhole near the intersection of Hill and Kennedy Streets, and an 11.5m extension of the 150mm line to the north be approved at an estimated cost of $3,550.
