The Community Facilities Managers monthly report on activities is attached for the Committee’s consideration.

THAT the Community Facilities Managers report be received.

5.2 PUKERIMU (PAEROA) CEMETERY – EVALUATION REPORT 10-11

THAT the report be received.

AND THAT following consideration of the points raised in the discussion above, funding for future development and ongoing maintenance costs in the Pukerimu (Paeroa) Cemetery be included in Council’s draft LTCCP for 2004/05.

The financial report for the 6 months ended 31 December 2003 will be tabled at the meeting.
