RECOMMENDATION

THAT the minutes of the meeting of the Paeroa Ward Committee held on Monday 5 April 2004 be taken as read and confirmed.

5.1 COMMUNITY FACILITIES MANAGERS MONTHLY REPORT (01.002.021) 7-11(23KB)

The Community Facilities Managers monthly report on activities is attached for the Committee’s consideration.

RECOMMENDATION

THAT the Community Facilities Managers report be received

AND THAT the arrears in rent owed by the Thames Valley Rugby Union for Area C: Gate takings between 2001 – 2003 be waived, as per the reasons stated in i) above

AND THAT the annual rent for Area C be amended in the Renewal of Lease to the following:

Area C: Fixed Fee $250.00 excl GST

AND THAT the correspondence from Veterans Affairs New Zealand be received.

6.1 FINANCIAL REPORT (01.001.025) 12-14

The financial report for the 9 months ended 31 March 2004 is attached for the Committee’s consideration.

RECOMMENDATION

THAT the financial report on the operations of the Paeroa Ward Committee for the 9 months ended 31 March 2004 be received.

The Roading Manager’s monthly report to the Works Committee is attached.

RECOMMENDATION

THAT the report be received.

7.2 UTILITIES MANAGER’S MONTHLY WATER SUPPLY REPORT (01.001.028) 28-34

The Utilities Manager’s monthly report to the Works Committee is attached.

RECOMMENDATION

THAT the report be received.

7.3 UTILITIES MANAGER’S MONTHLY WASTEWATER AND REFUSE REPORT 35-37
