NZ Red Cross – 75th Jubilee

RECOMMENDATION

THAT the letter from NZ Red Cross be received

AND THAT consideration be given to the request that Council support the 75th Jubilee Year in 2006 as detailed.

Paeroa Lawn Tennis and Squash Rackets Club Inc (IM237464)

Attached is a report from the Community Liaison Officer regarding a request received from the Paeroa Lawn Tennis and Squash Rackets Club Inc. seeking funding assistance for the replacement of two Astrograss surface tennis courts in March/April of 2006.

Also attached is a letter of request from the club including copies of their financial accounts and submitted quotations from companies for the replacement of the Astrograss.

RECOMMENDATION

THAT the report be received

AND THAT consideration be given to their request.
