RECOMMENDATION
THAT the minutes of the meeting of the Paeroa Ward Committee held on Tuesday 10 May 2005 be taken as read and confirmed.

The Community Facilities Managers monthly report on activities is attached for the Committee’s consideration.
RECOMMENDATION
THAT the Community Facilities Managers report be received
Willoughby Street Toilets
RECOMMENDATION
THAT the 2004/05 budget for planned maintenance to the Willoughby St Toilets be increased from $7,000 to $12,000 to allow for the roof to be replaced.
AND THAT provision for the upgrade of the Willoughby St Toilets to cater for disabled persons be made in the 2006/07 financial year.

6.1 CONSIDERATION OF SUBMISSIONS REFERRED BY COUNCIL (24.003.205)
Attached is a report from the Community Services Manager regarding the consideration of submissions received at the Extraordinary Meeting of 24 May 2005 to be referred to the Ward for their consideration.
RECOMMENDATION
THAT the report be received.
