THAT the Community Service’s monthly report be received.

REQUEST FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

THAT consideration be given to this request.

RECOMMENDATION

THAT the Ward Committee considers the request.

Request from Paeroa Croquet Club for Seats around Croquet Court

RECOMMENDATION

THAT the request be considered.

Request to Install Refuse Bin : Taylor Drive, Mackaytown (Roadway by Domain)

RECOMMENDATION

THAT the Ward Committee approves to the installation of a refuse collection bin at Mackaytown.

Public Conveniences: Paeroa

RECOMMENDATION

THAT the Paeroa Ward Committee recommends to Council, the following:

That two new toilets of a type similar to those at Gilmour Reserve Waihi, be installed in the Paeroa Post Office premises along the boundary with Normanby Road as per the site plan attached;

That two new toilets of a type similar to those at Gilmour Reserve Waihi, be installed at Ohinemuri Park subject to permission from Transit NZ, and as per the site plan attached;

That the two new sets of toilets be operated on a 7am – 6pm / 7 day basis;

That the Willoughby Street toilets continue to be available to both Domain users and the public on a 7am – 6pm / 7 day basis.

Railway Reserve Footpath Addition

RECOMMENDATION

THAT the new pathway be sited as shown in the aerial photograph attached, and that it be installed as soon as practical.

6.1 Update on Publication of the History of Paeroa

Graham Watton will be present at the meeting at 1.15pm to update the members on his progress of publishing the History of Paeroa.
