NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A MEETING OF THE PAEROA WARD COMMITTEE WILL BE HELD IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS, WILLIAM STREET, PAEROA ON TUESDAY 13 FEBRUARY 2007 COMMENCING AT 12.30PM
ORDER OF BUSINESS
Pursuant to Section 46A(7) of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987, the Chairman is to call for late items to be accepted.
In the event of a late item, an explanation must be given as to why the item was not on the agenda and why discussion cannot be delayed for a subsequent meeting.

THAT the minutes of the meeting of the Paeroa Ward Committee held on Tuesday 5 December 2006 be taken as read and confirmed.

Representatives from the Club will be in attendance to provide a presentation on their landscaping project.

RECOMMENDATION
THAT consideration be given to these requests.
Paeroa Netball Courts
RECOMMENDATION
THAT the Paeroa Ward Committee offer to the Paeroa Netball Association that the Ward resurfaces three courts with hotmix and uses the Paeroa Community Facilities Recreation Development Fund for that purpose.
