Attached is a quote from CM Services Ltd for the supply and installation of new plant room equipment. The quotation is based on upgrading the pool to conform to the NZS4441 standard with other additional improvements.

RECOMMENDATION

THAT the attached quote be received and a decision be made concerning the option of heating the pool.

CEMETERY TOILETS

A letter of complaint about the state of the cemetery toilets is attached. It is in the budget to either upgrade or replace the existing sexton shed and toilets this year. A builder has inspected the existing shed to see if it can be modified but he has advised a new shed would be a better option. A cost sheet of the replacement of the toilet and sexton shed will be tabled at the meeting.

RECOMMENDATION

THAT the most appropriate tender be accepted to replace the sexton shed and toilets.

PRIMROSE HILL TREES

There are approximately 5 wattle trees on the Olga street end of Primrose Hill Reserve that we have had several complaints about over the last month. The cost of the trees removal is $3500 to cut and the leaves and small branches chipped. The Paeroa College 1st 15 will remove the larger timber as a fundraiser..

RECOMMENDATION

THAT the trees are removed at a cost of $3,500 and that the Paeroa College 1st 15 remove the larger timber as a fundraiser.
