Hugh Hayward Domain : Request to Use Room in Grandstand

Please see attached request from the Hauraki Plains Youth Rugby group seeking permission to use the room on top of the grandstand.

RECOMMENDATION

THAT the request be received

AND THAT if a change is necessary, please consider what that might be.

Ngatea Township : Request to Site Power Transformer

Please attached request from Tenix Alliance NZ Ltd to install an electrical transformer in the Ngatea township to alleviate power issues experienced by the Copper Kettle Café. Attached is an aerial photo depicting the sites.

RECOMMENDATION

THAT the McDuff Lane as described be approved.
