THAT the minutes of the meeting of the Plains Ward Committee held on Tuesday 11 April 2006 be taken as read and confirmed.

Senior Constable Blair Mattock of the Ngatea Police will be in attendance at 9.30am to address the Committee on community policing matters.

THAT the Community Services Manager’s report be received.
Hugh Hayward Domain : Request to Use the Grandstand
RECOMMENDATION
THAT the Ward Committee consider meeting with members of the Youth Rugby Club to further discuss the issue of using the room above the grandstand for youth rugby.
