Pursuant to Section 46A(7) of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987, the Chairman is to call for late items to be accepted.

Attached is a report from the District Engineer and Roading Manager regarding a roading issue concerning a property owner in the Plains area.
RECOMMENDATION
THAT the trees on Mr Baker’s Huirau road frontage be removed in a single operation to avoid future road pavement failure
AND THAT Mr Baker’s concerns be acknowledged and the need for the action explained to him
