Attached is a report from the Community Services Manager regarding the review of fees and charges for district cemeteries.

RECOMMENDATION

THAT the report be received.

Attached is a report from the District Engineer and Roading Manager regarding a roading issue concerning a property owner in the Plains area.

RECOMMENDATION

THAT the trees on Mr Baker’s Huirau road frontage be removed in a single operation to avoid future road pavement failure

AND THAT Mr Baker’s concerns be acknowledged and the need for the action explained to him
