The Community Facilities Managers monthly report on activities is attached for the Committee’s consideration.

RECOMMENDATION

THAT the Community Facilities Managers report be received

AND THAT the correspondence be received

AND THAT the Waihi Ward Committee grant remission of Clause 3 of the Agreement with the Whiritoa Tennis Club for the year commencing 1 April 2003 – 31 March 2004, based on the information supplied by the Club.
