The Community Facilities Managers monthly report on activities is attached for the Committee’s consideration.

RECOMMENDATION

THAT the Community Facilities Managers report be received

AND THAT the amended Design Report for Gilmour Reserve, as attached, be received and adopted, and that detailed design drawings and cost estimates for Stages 1 & 2 of the development of Gilmour Reserve be prepared.

8.1 WHIRITOA BEACH ROAD, SH5 INTERSECTION REPORT (40.925.999) 46-47(13KB)

Attached is a report from the District Engineer regarding the request from the Whiritoa Beach Community Liaison Committee requesting Council correspond with Transit NZ to identify improvements at the location of Whiritoa Beach Road, SH2 intersection. A copy of the letter of response from Transit NZ is attached.

RECOMMENDATION

THAT the report be received and Transit New Zealand’s response noted.
