RECOMMENDATION
THAT the Community Facilities Managers report be received.
Waihi Memorial Hall – Waihi Drama Society Request
RECOMMENDATION
THAT on replacement of new stage curtains in the Waihi Memorial Hall, the old curtains are donated to the Waihi Drama Society.
Waihi Events Centre – Waihi Badminton Club Request
RECOMMENDATION
THAT the letter be received
AND THAT approval be granted to the Waihi Badminton Club to erect the club’s Honour’s Board in the Waihi Event’s Centre.
Morgan Park Skatebowl – Baden Fitzjohn
RECOMMENDATION
THAT provision for an upgrade to the Morgan Park Skatebowl, based on a facility similar to that located at the Whiritoa Sport & Recreation Reserve, be included in the draft 2006/07 LTCCP
AND THAT Baden Fitzjohn be advised in writing of the recommendation.
Whiritoa Tennis Club – Request for Remission of Charges
RECOMMENDATION
THAT the letter be received
AND THAT the Waihi Ward Committee grant remission of Clause 3 of the Agreement with the Whiritoa Tennis Club for the year commencing 1 April 2005 – 31 March 2006, based on the information supplied by the club.
Waikino Liaison Committee
RECOMMENDATION
THAT the letter be received
AND THAT provision for a seat, to be located in the reserve known as the ‘Dog Dosing Strip’ be included in the 2006/07 LTCCP.
Gilmour Reserve Landscape Development Stage 2 – Final Design
RECOMMENDATION
THAT the Final Design Plans, as attached, for Stage 2 of the Gilmour Reserve Development, be approved
AND THAT contracts be prepared and tenders called for Stage 2.

6.1 WAIHI SOCIAL SERVICES GROUP
As an offshoot of the Waihi Community Consultative Committee the Waihi Social Services Group has been established. This group have requested an opportunity to attend a Waihi Ward Committee meeting to make a presentation on the objectives of the group. The Waihi Ward Chair has accepted this request and the group will attend the meeting at 3:15pm to make their presentation.
6.2 WAIHI SOUTH SCHOOL PEDESTRIAN CROSSING EXTENSION OF ‘NO STOPPING’ LINES

6.3 REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE FOR CONSTRUCTION AND SEALING A VEHICLE ENTRANCE WAY ON THE PAPER ROAD IN PITT STREET
