Emergency Evacuation Signage Waihi Community Resource Centre
The Waihi Community Resource Centre (WCRC) has requested permission to erect a sign in the Council carpark as stated in their letter dated 27th June 2007 (appendix 1, document No 281906). This type of sign is generally installed within the site property, however in this case the suggested siting may be the most practical option.
The signage location will be confirmed with the WCRC on site and the Network Maintenance contractor will be tasked to supply and install the sign. The estimated cost is $150 per sign, to be funded from the Waihi Ward unallocated budget.
RECOMMENDATION
THAT the signage location be confirmed on site for installation by the Network Maintenance Contractor
