Public Notice to Declare as Operative


Pursuant to Clause 20 of Schedule 1 of the Resource Management Act 1991, the successor Councils to Franklin District Council (Auckland Council, Waikato District Council and Hauraki District Council) hereby give notice that Plan Change 20 to the Operative Franklin District Plan (Changes pursuant to Local Government (Auckland) Amendment Act 2004) shall become operative at 9am on 22 June 2011.
