In accordance with the Resource Management Act 1991, the three successor councils to Franklin District Council have made decisions on submissions to Proposed Plan Change 25 and Variation 3 to the Proposed Plan Change 14 to the Operative Franklin District Plan (Hazards, Stormwater, Esplanade Reserves and Earthworks Plan Change).
These decisions amend the following parts of the District Plan:
Copies of the decisions have been sent to all submitters and further submitters involved.
