Matters relating to Hauraki District Council’s adopted amendment to the LTCCP subsequent to Audit New Zealand’s report on page 4 and 5 of the Hauraki Community Plan 2006-16 Volume One.

The audit report dated 29th June 2006 relates to the Long Term Council Community Plan (the LTCCP) for the 10 years commencing 1 July 2006, approved by the District Council on 30th June 2006. Subsequent to this, the Council adopted an amendment to its Community Plan 2006-16 on the 11th June 2008. The amendment consists of the development and implementation of Hauraki District Councils Development Contributions Policy. Consequently, to form a view of Hauraki District Councils LTCCP, the content of the LTCCP to which this report relates should be considered in conjunction with Council’s adopted amendment. There is no legislative requirement for us to report on the adopted amendment and we have not done so.
