The Department of Conservation advises contractors will be undertaking work on 16 tracks in the Hauraki, Whitianga and Tauranga Districts to prevent the spread of kauri dieback.

Track Closures while work is undertaken

The tracks will be closed to the public while the works are undertaken to ensure the safety of the public and staff while the works occur.

Updates to track closure and opening dates will be posted as they arise.
