Does your latest rates invoice make you go, huh?

Unfortunately, on 31 January 2019 we sent out some rates invoices that may have contained a couple of errors.

Due to a mix-up during printing, some of our customers who pay their rates by direct debit didn’t receive the message below when they should have:

‘your invoice is covered by your direct debit – no further payment is required’

And some of our customers who don’t pay their rates by direct debit did receive the message below when they shouldn't have:

‘your invoice is covered by your direct debit – no further payment is required’

We’re also aware of a mistake with the year of the payment due date.

If you are one of these customers, you should receive a letter from us within the next few days explaining what you need to do.

Our apologies for any confusion or upset this may have caused. We’re looking closely at our systems and processes to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
