This page has been developed to provide residents of the District and others a Diary of events in the Hauraki District for quick reference.

The Events Diary is for the listing of Community events that are open to the public and not for use by retailers or businesses to promote their products or services.

Event listings will be displayed on this website after verification of authenticity and criteria met, within 5 working days of receipt where possible.  It is recommended events be registered on the form below at least 14 days prior to the event date. 

Hauraki District Council will not accept any liability where event listings are denied or omitted.

You may advertise a community event on this website by one of the following methods:

• by completing and submitting the online form below 
• by printing off and completing the attached form (67KB)  
  • then post to: Community Events Calendar, Hauraki District Council, PO Box 17, Paeroa                                                          
  • or deliver to: one of our Council offices
