Planning Report for Proposed Project Martha

The two planning reports (Hauraki District Council and Waikato Regional Council) prepared under Section 42A of the Resource Management Act 1991 for consideration at the Hearing for the Project Martha applications are now available from the Hauraki District Council website – Project Martha

Copies of these documents are available from the Hauraki District Council office at 40 Rosemont Road, Waihi.


Public Hearing for the Project Martha Mine Resource Consent Applications 

The above hearing is to commence on 12 November 2018 at 10.00 am and continue for up to ten working days as and if needed to complete the hearing.

It is being held in the St James Church Hall, 76/78 Moresby Avenue, Waihi.

Submitters who stated they wished to appear at the hearing have been advised directly.
