Manaaki Toiora Strategy
The Manaaki Toiora Strategy sets out the work we'll continue to undertake alongside our communities and stakeholders to enhance the wellbeing of people and our communities. One of the five priority areas of this strategy is "Business attraction and supporting local - Ngā painga whakapai mō ngā kaipakihi me te tautoko o ngā hāpori kaipakihi", where our goal is to continue to support local business to thrive and to encourage new business into the district.
