Could you get money off your rates?
If you own your home and are on a low income, you may be able to get a rates rebate that can reduce the amount you need to pay for your rates.
For the 2026/27 rating year, eligible ratepayers could receive up to $830 off their rates. SuperGold cardholders may also be eligible under a higher income threshold.
