To commemorate the coronation of His Majesty Charles lll, and to celebrate the many school children and volunteers who have contributed to tree and shrub planting in the district, Mayor Toby Adams will be hosting a Totara tree planting ceremony in each of our main town centres. The new trees will join the totara trees planted in September last year, to commemorate the life and service of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth ll.
There are three ‘CelebraTree’ locations to choose from on Thursday 11 May. We’ll be extending an invitation to the local schools and volunteer groups who have been involved in plantings around the district to grow a greener community for future generations.
Please join us on Thursday 11 May in:

Paeroa: 11:00am - Paeroa Domain (to the right of the main entrance to the park on Willoughby Street
