Public Notice of application for off -Licence– Form 7

Section 101 Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012

S & R Sons Limited has made application to the District Licensing Committee at Paeroa for the issue of an Off Licence in respect of the premises situated at 69 Orchard West Road Ngatea, known as Freshway Ngatea

The general nature of the business to be conducted under the licence is a grocery store.

The days on which and the hours during which is intended to be sold under the licence are Monday to Sunday 07:00am – 09:00pm

Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object to the grant of any application may, not later than 15 working days after the date of the first publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection, with the Secretary of the District Licensing Committee at:-
