Delay to direct debit schedule Thursday 26th October

If you normally have a direct debit payment with us on a Thursday, our apologies. The Thursday 26th scheduled payments did not process and will be done today (Monday 30 October).

We appreciate this can be confusing and frustrating, particularly if you didn't notice and thought the payment was made, leaving you short after the weekend.
