You may make a submission on the application by sending a written submission to Hauraki District Council, PO Box 17, Paeroa, 3640 or electronically to submissions@hauraki-dc.govt.nz or by delivery to the Council office in Paeroa. The submission must be on form 13. Copies of this form are available on the HDC website www.hauraki-dc.govt.nz and from Council offices.
Submissions close on Wednesday 5 August 2026.
You must serve a copy of the submission on Waikato Regional Council whose address for service is C/- EnviroPlanning Limited, PO Box 20024, Te Rapa, Hamilton 3241, Email:sydney@enviroplanning.co.nz as soon as reasonably practicable after serving your submission on the Hauraki District Council.
