Our Annual Plan details the Council's activities, services and work programme, as well as financial and funding statements, for the period 1 July to 30 June. We produce a Long Term Plan (LTP) every three years, and an Annual Plan is produced in the other two years.
The Annual Plan gives us the opportunity to adjust our work programme and expected financial costs and income from what we had forecast in our Long Term Plan. If we make material changes to what's in our LTP, we may consult with the community before finalising our plan. The LTP should be referred to for more detailed information than what's presented in the Annual Plan.

The Council adopted the 2023/24 Annual Plan at its meeting on 26 April 2023.
The Council also adopted the 2023/24 Fees and Charges at its meeting on 26 April 2023. View the Fees and Charges in the Council Agenda below.
Changes to the Fees and Charges include fees for camp grounds, funeral directors, mortuary and stock sale yards registration that had been left off the schedule in error, as well as increases to the dog control and building consent fees.
The 2023/24 Fees and Charges schedule will be available shortly before 1 July when it becomes effective, where it would then be available on the Fees and Charges page.
