The move to Alert Level 4 means that the vast majority of our staff must work from home, other than those who are working directly on essential services.
It also means that our libraries and other community facilities are now closed

Our main office in Paeroa will remain open for emergency access only, for example if you have no water and no other means to contact us.
Today’s announcement means that our playgrounds are closed, however people are still allowed to go out, on their own, for fresh air and exercise.
We’ll continue to provide essential services such as water, wastewater, rubbish collection and roading.
In the online world we will try and carry on business as usual as much as we can from home. This includes maintaining our call centres, online services and library e-books. Click here for full list of online services.
