RECOMMENDATION

THAT the Community Services monthly report be received, and

THAT the correspondence from Paeroa Boxing and Fitness Club and Nga Iwi FM be received, and

THAT consideration be given to the requests from Paeroa Boxing and Fitness Club and Nga Iwi FM.

6. NETWORK SERVICES

The District Engineer and Roading Manager have reported on roading matters for consideration.

RECOMMENDATION

THAT the report be received, and

THAT the Ward Committee supports approval by Council to construct the Keepa Street turning area parking improvements, and

THAT it be noted that funding of the estimated project cost of $17,800 is available from the Subsidised Minor Improvement budget.

The Committee Chair and Strategic Planner has reported on and request consideration of the proposed approach, dates, agenda and communication for Phase One of the Hauraki Long Term Plan 2015-25 pre-consultation.

RECOMMENDATION

THAT the report be received, and

THAT the Ward Committee confirm the approach for the community meetings and confirm the meeting dates as 5 and 7 May 2014.
