Free - Good Yarn Workshops

Together Hauraki District Council and Rural Support are pleased to be able to offer the following workshops in support of the Elephant in the Paddock Campaign. Spaces are limited so please register.

Good Yarn is a hands-on workshop that will give you the practical tools and confidence to be able to talk to people in rural communities about mental health.

This workshop is aimed at anyone living or working in a rural community and will cover tips for maintaining mental wellbeing, how to recognise signs of stress, practical tools to help you initiate a conversation with someone you may be concerned about and how to access the right support services.
