Kaiaua Citizen & Ratepayers Association Inc. Letter

A letter from the Chairperson of the Kaiaua Citizen & Ratepayers Association Inc was presented which provided feedback on issues raised by the Kaiaua community at the public meeting held on 27 October 2014.

It was agreed that the issues raised by the community be reviewed and considered further early in the New Year.

RESOLVED

THAT the Community Services Manager reply providing a report on the issues raised at the Kaiaua public meeting held on the 27 October 2014, and

THAT the Plains Ward meet with the Kaiaua Citizen and Ratepayers Association Inc. prior to the 2015 Community meeting to discuss format and potential issues.

The Roading Manager reported on roading matters for the month of November 2014.

Non Subsidised Roading for 2015/16 to 2017/18 LTP and 2018/19 – 2024/25

The Roading Manager presented the projected costs for the proposed forward work programmes for the Plains Ward Dust Seals, New Footpaths, Footpath Renewals, New Kerb and Channel and Kerb and Channel Renewals.

Janet Stewart – Deputy Team Leader, Roading Network Management - OPUS was in attendance to assist with discussion on the programmes.
