We're conducting our annual resident's satisfaction survey and we'd love to hear from you.
Your feedback is important to us because it helps us to improve our services and find better ways of doing things. It’s also great to hear what you think we’re doing well.
Complete our simple survey before 16th August and go in the draw to win one of five $100 grocery vouchers.
You may get a call from a company called Symphony - they’re conducting the survey on our behalf. They call randomly selected cellphone and landline phone numbers in our district. If you do get a call, we’d really appreciate you taking the time to tell us what you think. If you don’t receive a call but would like to participate, you can complete the survey online.
And in case you’re called, we wanted to give you a heads up on what type of questions to expect.
What we’ll be asking
- Which township you live closest to
- Your age group and gender
- Questions regarding your satisfaction with our services in general and/or our building and resource consent process specifically (if you’ve lodged one with us in the last six months).
We won’t be asking personal questions other than those listed above. If you’re concerned about a phone call you’ve received, please contact us on 0800 734 834 (within the district) or 07 862 8609 to let us know.

The winners of the grocery vouchers will be drawn randomly on 20th August and we will get in touch personally to let you know if you're one of our five lucky winners.
